Clinical Case Submission

The Cleveland Clinic Structural Heart Symposium 2024 CASE SUBMISSION IS NOW OPEN!

General Conditions and Guidelines:

  • Clinical case submission is free of charge and must be completed online through the Cleveland
    Clinic Structural Heart Symposium Website.
  • Submission of a clinical case constitutes a formal commitment by the submitter to present the
    case in person, once accepted. The accepted cases shall be presented and discussed with the
    expert speakers during the Cleveland Clinic Structural Heart Symposium on October 5-6, 2024,
  • The submitter must be the presenter of the case.
  • Patient must never be identifiable. Patient data must be removed.
  • Use generic drug names. The use of commercial drug names, brands and registered trademarks
    is strictly prohibited.

STEP 1. Initial Case Submission

  • All submitters must submit an outline of the clinical case with the following details:
    •   Name of the Submitter
    •   Title of the Case
    •   Brief Description of the Case
  • The outline should be submitted in PDF format only and must be made in English.
  • The clinical case must be Clear, Educational, Practical and REAL.
  • All clinical cases should be submitted on or before 15 September 2024, 17:00 GST.
  • Once submitted, it is not possible to make any corrections to the case content or information.

STEP 2. Committee Selection

  • All clinical case submission will go through a peer-review carried out by the Cleveland Clinic
    Structural Heart Symposium Committee. Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to
    the submitter by 20 September 2024, 17:00 GST.

STEP 3. Final Presentation Submission

  • Accepted clinical cases will submit their final presentation.
  • Detailed information, guidelines and recommendations for final presentation, will be sent closer
    to the conference date to the presenters whose clinical cases are accepted.

If you wish to withdraw a clinical case already submitted, please notify us as quickly as possible
at secretary@structuralheartsymposium.com stating the title of the clinical case to be withdrawn.
Withdrawals are still accepted after the initial case submission deadline.

The planning committee, faculty and others in control of content (either individually or as a group) do not have relevant financial relationships with ineligible companies.
